When does the coverage start? What is the cooling/waiting period ?
The coverage starts after 15 days from the commencement date of this policy which implies a customer cannot make any claims arising out of any treatment or positive diagnostic results or Quarantine during the first 15 day.
Hospitals Covered
We have about 5000+ cashless hospitals across India where customers will be able to opt for cashless treatments.
What is not covered ?
Except for COVID-19, no other diseases/conditions are covered in this policy. Home Care Treatment Expenses are also not covered in this policy. Pre-existing COVID-19 Disease also has a waiting period of 4 years which implies any expenses incurred in the past 4 years from the commencement date of this policy will not be covered.
Is there an age eligibility for this policy?
Yes, the policy is currently available only for applicants aged between 18 to 65.
Is there any room capping in this policy?
No, room rents are not capped.
What is Free-look period ?
There is no free-look period for this policy.
Can the policy be cancelled after buying?
No, once the payment is done, the policy cannot be cancelled.
